- Hold walking meetings

- Put out a collection bin for goods for those in need (coats, toys, food, etc)

- Integrate Meeting Well
- Be an example, do kind things for employees (walking breaks, jeans day, go home early, smile, lunch) - Volunteer as a group (pick-up litter, help at an event, collect things for the needy, etc)
