LiveWell is challenging Mesa County to walk around the world
(approximately 25,000 miles)!
How long is the challenge?
5 weeks, May 1-31. You can join at anytime.
Who can register and how?
Anyone can register; you do not have to be a LiveWell member!

What do I do?
Put on your pedometer, walk, & record your steps. See the chart below (click here for printable version) or make your own to track your steps daily. Total your steps each week (Sunday-Saturday) & submit them. You must call or submit your steps in by Monday at 9am to be eligible for weekly prize drawings! Participants who submit weekly steps totals all 5 weeks will be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing.
**The challenge is FREE, but you need your own pedometer. Pedometers are available at the LiveWell Office for $5 (April - May only, regularly $10.) Start walking as a personal challenge grab your friends, family, & co-workers to join you.
