
What's the "Flat 14er" challenge?
There are 55 peaks in Colorado that are over 14,000 feet above sea level. These peaks have become known as the Colorado's 14ers.
Not everyone can climb a mountain, but most can complete a "Flat 14er".
How long is the challenge?
There is no end date for the 14er challenge. You set the goal. You challenge yourself. However, completion Colorado 92.3 Flat 14er t-shirts are available as supplies last.
Who can register and how?
Anyone can register; you do not have to be a LiveWell member!
To register:

What do I do?
1. Get a pedometer:
-use a pedometer you already own
-or get a pedometer at the LiveWell Office ($5) or a local
sporting goods or retail shop.
2. Log your steps:
-Click here to print a log sheet (click here for PDF version) or stop by the LiveWell Office or Farmers Market booth to pick one up.
1. Pick a 14er.
2. Mark your start date.
3. Clear your pedometer.
4. Keep the pedometer rolling until you get enough
steps to finish your 14er.
5. Mark your end date on your log sheet.
6. Clear your pedometer and start a new 14er.
How it's completed.
-Once you have completed all of the Colorado 14ers, bring your
log sheet to the LiveWell Office to pick up your Colorado 92.3 Flat 14ers
T-shirt. (while supplies last). Remember there is no end date.
