What are the LiveWell Challenges?

LiveWell Challenges are free to all Mesa County residents. They are designed to provide you with the information and tools you need to set personal wellness goals and achieve them. LiveWell provides a new year-round challenge each year as well as other options, such as pedometer or weight loss challenges. You may participate as an individual, get your entire family or group of friends on board, use it as a worksite wellness program, or a healthcare referral tool.

LiveWell 2010 Annual Challenge

The 2010 Challenge is January 1 – December 31st. New members can join at any time. Past members must re-register each year. Everyone who registers for the LiveWell 2010 challenge will receive:

The 2010 calendar includes 6 challenges that are 2 months each. Members set new goals for each challenge to improve their wellness. At the end of each challenge they fill out a short completion form to earn guaranteed prizes! Past prizes include: fit disks, fitbands, t-shirts, gift certificates and more! Register Now! LiveWell Flat 14ers

A fun way to challenge yourself to get more steps. Learn how many steps it takes to get to the top of every 14,000’ ft mountain in Colorado. Strap on a pedometer to log your steps and cross of each mountain top you reach.

Cruisin’ Colorado

An eight-week challenge designed to help individuals to incorporate more physical activity into their day. Participants will increase their physical activity and learn more about health-related topics, and fun facts about the great State of Colorado.

The Great Holiday Weigh-In

The average American gains 5-7 pounds during the holidays. This weight maintenance program is designed to encourage employees to gain no more than 2 Thanksgiving through New Year’s.
